Notice in appliance

  • The surface temperature of PTC can be controlled by itself, control circuit may be omitted in most appliances.
  • It can be used for heating liquid, and it’s no problem when liquid is dried.
  • It can be used for heating air with fan blowing, and it’s no problem when the fan does not operate.
  • There are four electrodes coating to be selected: neckel+silver，melt-jet aluminum, screen print aluminum, screen print aluminum+silver.
  • The surface temperature changes 5~10℃ only, when the supplied voltage changes 2 times.
  • There are no wires, insulators, or shells for this type. Customers could select other types our company manufactured.
  • Parallel connection is necessary for two or more PTC connections.
  • The steady state power may be very different with different applied conditions for the same PTC. The faster is the heat conduction, the higher is the steady state power.
